CIS-HUMAN?

I am a cis-male in the eyes of the deranged platoon of 36 (or more) gender varieties. In other words, I am labelled with this unnecessarily discriminatory term for simply seeing myself as male in a biologically male body, despite the fact that my 68-year-old carcass is about as male an an egg noodle after all the medical issues I have had. It's actually rather funny in a dark way. Yet I am still a male without question.
I recently had another idea about the "cis" thing. It occurred to me that this rash of gender dysphoria might be an early symptom of human dysphoria in our new technological age.
Think of it this way. You are a prepubescent boy in a dysfunctional childhood environment. There is some unhealthy sexual dynamic in the home. Maybe it's as extreme as being abused by an adult of the same sex. You also begin to feel attracted on a hormonal level to people of the same sex. In your reality there is the ability to virtually escape just about anything with a digital device. You can even build your own city in three visual dimensions. You can choose an avatar of a young girl your age. In your virtual reality, you can be that girl and have flirtatious relations with virtual men without any problem within the heterosexual construct of most games.
Think of the frustration this would foster within this young boy's mind. The dissonance between his trapped actual life as a male and his freed virtual life as a female. His dysphoria is actually based in his concrete actual human existence. He may morph his body through damaging surgery, but this will not transition him into his digital avatar. Perhaps this accounts for the increasing number of sex-surgery reversals that occur. I also recommend this video commentary about current cyber-humans.
Now, extrapolate this to all human beings who experience virtual liberation or virtual domination on digital devices. We are beginning to see a surge in developmental problems in youngsters. Children excel at learning how to use digital technology, even when they are socially inept or physically impaired in some correctable way, like obesity, myopia or awkwardness. Rather than redirecting their energies to socialization and physical activity, they wish to do the opposite, often despite the encouragement or discipline by well-meaning parents and teachers. Many parents yield to this with the rather weak rationalization that the child will grow out of it or become the next Bill Gates.
Could this trend increase with the exponential evolution of technology? If so, might we find human society radically changed as it becomes composed of fewer and fewer cis-humans, who embrace their humanity by being socially engaged in the actual world. Could this be an evolutionary transition of our species in its earliest stages? Are human beings destined to become wedded to their digital machinery? Perhaps rather than sexual surgeries, human beings will gradually opt for voluntary mechanical surgeries which will gradually turn them into biological-mechanical beings with a paired brain-CPU operating system These digitized humans might then opt to have children with digital enhancements implanted at birth.
Think of it. A digitized human brain could have all prejudice and individualism programmed out of it. This would be the accomplishment of the egalitarian Marxist dream with one major flaw: Someone or something would be controlling the mass programming, managing the mass servers, monitoring the mass brain cloud.
If we place this future against a future after nuclear Armageddon or an environmental collapse as our only options, perhaps the wish of some to turn their backs from the computer to farming the land or saving the sea seems perfectly sane from our current reference point. But will there be an individual choice of social matrix when population reaches 10 billion or more? I doubt it. Our gradual transformation into a species merged with digital machinery may be our evolutionary (survivalist) way out of the ecological disasters we cis-humans have created. However, we will most likely become more like intelligent ants or bees than the cis-humans we are today.
