EVIDENCE

The current attempt to discredit Supreme Court nominee Judge Kavanaugh by a Leftist wing of the Democrat party in California with decades-old allegations about unsubstantiated teenage frolicking-gone-bad is transparently wicked to its core. A good example of the depth of corruption of American ethics in politics and public discourse. Manipulation of the public consciousness through unsubstantiated headlines. It was called Yellow Journalism back in the day. 

I will begin by saying that I have no personal reason to support a devoutly Catholic heterosexual man as a candidate for the U.S. Supreme Court. Far from it. Devout Catholic straight men have not been friends to me in my life. My father was a devout Catholic police officer who pulled his service revolver on me when I came out to him as gay in 1970. A Catholic priest nearly convinced my homophobic parents to engage in kidnapping to whisk me off to a reprogramming site for torture and conversion. My devout Catholic pre-med classmates at Boston College lectured, mocked and rejected me when I came out to them in 1970. The most damaged clients I treated in an outpatient clinic for gay men and lesbians were children of devout Catholic families. I could go on.

The simple fact is that I have grown up in 68 years to know the difference between disliking someone's religious beliefs and respecting them for their actual behaviors within their professional field. The current behavior of Liberal and Leftist American women in media displays none of that maturity generally. They howl like a lynch mob at the smallest provocation. This is neurotic at best and certainly tinged with self-satisfied moral superiority. 

Absolutely nothing in Kavanaugh's professional behavior has supported claims by feminists that he will institute some kind of Sharia Law against their sexuality. Ironically, these same women coo over jihadist Muslim Linda Sarsour, who represents a real and present danger to their freedom as women. Such is the dementia of today's feminism and LGBTQI+ so-called activism, which I see as simply acting out without brain engaged.

The current sideshow concerning Kavanaugh is simply crass politics. And it seems to be the kind of professional-wrestling nonsense that people on The Left desire to impose on all of us. What will be next? Compulsory neon hair coloring? Compulsory sagging jeans? Boob implants for all? Vegan checkpoints at supermarkets? 

More credibility and patience is being afforded Kavanaugh's accuser than seems prudent, but I am glad to see this happening in the bright lights of public discourse. I will be looking for her evidence when and if it is apparent. So far, it is her word against his, despite testimony on his behalf by a person she said was an eye witness to the incident. Her husband sems to think that her speaking of Kavanaugh in therapy six years ago is evidence. It is not. The Democrat politicos who seem to be using her to discredit Kavanaugh administered their own polygraph and say she is "truthful", whatever that means. That is not evidence when offered by a prejudiced source. 

Evidence is evidence. Eye witness testimony. Forensically examined physical evidence is evidence, anywhere from photos to bodily fluids. Dredging a memory through decades from adolescence to middle age is not evidence. If it were, a huge part of the population would be liable to false imprisonment. So, I have to ask: What better way to bring down our justice system than to establish subjective memories as a powerful tool against someone eligible for a position on the U.S. Supreme Court? This is an Antifa. illegal migration advocates' and BLM wet dream.
