I am sure the pampered and poorly informed here in the U.S. will shed alligator tears over our enforcement of the Southern Border. Alligator tears are very convenient in many situations. Ask the false accusers of Judge Kavanaugh. Tears for those invading our borders are not in the taxpaying weeper's interests by any means. Think about it.

How many of you, who would yell "Let them in!" without a thought, would also open your doors to homeless American citizens? How many of you would utilize current government programs to foster a mentally ill child or adult? How many of you would cook every day and personally deliver food for homeless people living on the streets near you?

The caving of the light-minded to the globalist propaganda about migrants in corporate media is evident. Globalists decry nationalism, but who pays the bills for unskilled and unneeded migrants in developed nations? You do. You pay for their babies to be delivered. You pay for their children's education. You subsidize their affordable housing and food stamps. You pay for their emergency hospital visits.

You pay for their many children to be educated at the expense of the children of tax-paying citizens. In my city, each child in our excellent public schools costs the city $17,000 a year. An illegal migrant in subsidized housing who has three children and pays no property taxes or income taxes costs the city $51,000 a year just for education of her children.Add to that a rent subsidy which could easily be $24,000 annually in my city. That is $75,000 per year for one illegal migrant and offspring. Major cuts in other services to tax-paying property owners are routine in order to curb the city's huge deficit.

It is even more stunning. If this continues for 12 years of education for all her children, the price tag for education alone will be $612,000. If the migrant lives to be 80, her rental subsidy would exceed $1,000,000. Overall, that one migrant could cost American taxpayers over $1.5 million. An invasive caravan of 1,000 young female migrants could cost taxpayers $1.5 billion (current value) the next six decades with an unlikely return on that investment. 

Will the children of these migrants magically pay back all these costs? Statistics say "No." In fact, the second generation born of these illegal migrants under-perform in comparison to the children of American citizens. And the automation of just about everything will make this situation even more dire as employment opportunities for the unskilled evaporate.

Today's third and fourth generations of European immigrants are misinformed about their own origins by dishonest corporate media. They are guilt-tripped by media if they refuse to support illegal immigration. The media equivocates the legal importation of factory labor during the Industrial Age with illegal migration today. This is dishonest at best. 

Legal immigrants and refugees were heavily screened at our ports during the Industrial Age. If an applicant appeared ill on arrival or did not present some form of identification, that applicant was deported on the next outbound vessel after being detained. Some died in detention. Their circumstances were a far cry from today's relatively luxurious treatment of illegal migrants. 

So, before ranting about "The Land of Immigrants" as a defense of illegal migration, dear fellow taxpayer, please engage your eyes and your brain. Think about this migration's costs to you, your children and grandchildren. Look around you, if you live in urban America. You will find ample opportunity to be charitable to those who have been born here with mental illness, addiction, and/or no economic advantage. Roll up your sleeves and help your fellow citizens first.
